Instructor Qualifications

David Beaty is a USCCA Instructor, Suarez International Certified for CRG 1 & 2, Force on Force, Rifle, Pistol and Shotgun, NRA Instructor for Pistol and Personal Protection in the Home, Range Safety Officer, Home Firearm Safety, New Mexico DPS Concealed Carry Instructor, Glock Armorer, Kalashnikov Armorer, Training in the following disciplines: handgun, carbine, Kalashnikov Rifle Gun fighting, Trauma Medicine, Force on Force, Point Shooting Progressions, Terrorist/Active Shooter, Pistol Gun fighting, Sniper, High Risk Operator, Target Focus Training, Advanced Rifle Gun Fighting and Combat Focused Shooting.

Beginner-Friendly Classes

We will teach you the safety standards for safe firearm handling in a low pressure environment. We make learning fun and it will give you the confidence you want and need.

Local training in Santa Fe

Local Training in Santa Fe and Albuquerque allows you to save money traveling to obtain quality training in other states which saves you thousands of dollars. We give you the tools to avoid conflict where possible and to legally defend yourself and your loved ones should the need arise.

State Recognized CCW Certification:

Southwest Firearms LLC training program is approved by the New Mexico Department of Public Safety.
